By accessing this portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern SWIZOSOFT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED's relationship with you.

1. Internship Conduct

• Students must provide accurate and verifiable institutional information.
• Plagiarism in project submissions is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate termination without certificate.
• All training materials provided are the intellectual property of Swizosoft.

2. Payment & Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment verification. As stated in our Refund Policy:

• Fees are non-refundable.
• Razorpay transactions include a 5% platform fee.
• Manual payments must match the base price exactly.

3. Certification

Certificates are issued only to students who successfully complete their project requirements and attendance criteria as verified by their assigned Technical Controller.

4. Termination

Swizosoft reserves the right to terminate an intern's access to the portal if any unethical behavior, misuse of resources, or breach of terms is identified. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
