Refund Policy

1. Payment Methods & Fees

SWIZOSOFT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED provides two primary modes of payment for internship enrollments. Each mode has a specific fee structure:

• Manual Payment (Direct Bank Transfer/UPI): Students choosing this method are required to pay only the Base Price of the internship. No additional platform fees are applicable for manual verification.
• Razorpay (Online Payment Gateway): Students choosing the automated online payment via Razorpay will be charged an additional 5% Platform Fee on top of the base price. This fee covers the convenience, transaction processing, and gateway charges.

2. Payment Confirmation

For manual payments, enrollment will only be approved after successful verification of the payment screenshot/reference number by our finance department. For Razorpay, enrollment is typically instantaneous upon successful transaction.

3. Exceptional Cases

Decisions regarding any unforeseen technical issues or double payments will be at the sole discretion of the Board Management at Swizosoft. In case of double payments, the secondary amount may be adjusted against future certifications or services but will not be refunded as cash/bank transfer.
