Once payment is completed and classes have commenced, NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.
Limited Refund Eligibility
Serious Medical Conditions
Refunds are considered only in cases of serious medical conditions that prevent continued participation.
Refund Amount: 75% of total fee
Valid medical documentation required
Before Program Start
Limited refund available only if withdrawal request is made before program commencement.
Processing fee applies

Non-Refundable Situations
After program commencement - STRICTLY NO REFUNDS
Voluntary discontinuation after accessing course materials
Failure to attend classes or training sessions
Change of mind after payment confirmation
Personal reasons not related to serious medical conditions

Refund Method
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used (UPI, card, net banking) or via direct bank transfer as per mutual agreement.
No cash refunds will be made under any circumstances.
